Why is there no tracking?
A good point. We have a number of options available for us when it comes to shipping providers and at FLAVR we believe that efficiencies in speed and costs are super important for our customers. To remove a lot of barriers we use a cost effective postal solution that offers a combination of these, however, a tracking solution is not available. Our aim is to make sure you receive your orders as fast as possible whilst still providing free global shipping.
At FLAVR we offer our customers a wide range of great products as well as first class service. This includes a fast and simple returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you can always return them to us within 28 days of receipt.
How does the returns policy work?
(If you want to revoke the contract, please complete this form please request a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) number from us at firstname.lastname@example.org and then fill in this returns form.
After you have filled out the returns form, you then need to pack the corresponding item(s) into the original packaging carton they were delivered to you in. Do not forget to include the FLAVR returns form with the item(s) you want to return. Finally, seal the package securely, remove the original label completely and post your item to;

When do my revocation rights begin?
The period of revocation/cancellation begins following the receipt of the last item of your order and lasts for a period of 28 days. Details pertaining to your right of revocation are included in our terms and conditions.
How much are the return costs?
At this time our policy is that customers to return items to us at their own cost.
How do I get my money back?
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a refund. This usually takes up to 7 business days to complete. In the case of a refund to a credit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to complete. Flavr offers the following refund options:
- In the case of credit card payments, your credit card account will be credited.
- In the case of payments via PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.
A refund through other means of payment is not possible, unless your credit card has expired. In this case, we need your bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) to refund the amount into your bank account.
